  • 450 gr of flour (3/4 of corn flour and ¼ of wheat flour).
  • Olive oil.
  • Warm water.
  • Salt.
  • 25 gr of fresh yeast.
  • Ingredients on top: sausages, back fat, black pudding or sardine.
Heat the oven to 200ºC. Mix the two flours in a big bowl and add the fresh yeast dissolved in a small glass of warm water. Add a pinch of salt and then add the water and the oil little by little and stir until well mixed. Flour the work surface and knead the though. After that, we divide though into balls depending on the number of rations. Roll out the dough and stretch into a circle. Finally, put the ingredients on the top of the dough and add salt and oil.
Bake in the oven at 200ºC for 25 or 30 minutes or until golden brown.
